セミナーでお答え出来なかった質問の答えをご参照ください

a. QUESTION: About E visas. If a company registered for E-Company and doesn't fill in the questions in Part.1 and Item 13 of DS-156E when applying for a visa, what is the reason for refusal?
ANSWER: E visa applicants are required to submit a completed DS-156E at the time of application, and may be refused under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act if they do not. Refusal based on an incomplete application form can usually be overcome by submitting a completed form.

b. QUESTION: I have a question regarding the B1/B2 visa issuing situation, what is the situation right now?
ANSWER: Unfortunately, we are only able to accept B visa appointments for emergency cases at this time. We will begin scheduling B visas when capacity permits, but cannot estimate a date at this time. There have been no changes to B visa adjudication processes or standards.
