In this session, we will take a deep dive into the latest findings from the 2025 Survey on Compensation, Benefits, and Organizational Practices among Japanese Companies in the U.S., conducted in September 2025.

Drawing insights from responses from over 900 Japanese companies in the U.S., we will identify key issues and examine the current state and improvement directions for compensation structures, benefits and incentive programs, HR systems, and organizational management practices.

We will also share practical approaches and recent trends that leading companies are adopting to address these challenges and strengthen their competitiveness in the U.S. market.
